Terms of service
Fire cape service is done via account sharing.
You should change password to temporary one while using our service. If you don’t want to change password to temporary one, you’re required to change your password after using our service regardless.
We aren’t responsible for any bans or mutes that may occur, chances for that are close to non existing, however they still exist. If your account will be punished by ban for using our service, you’re eligible for full refund + 300M 07 compensation.
a)By placing an order via RSGP you’re making an appointment and you’re reserving slot in queue. If you provide invalid login details or account wont be ready for the service, it’ll be considered as abuse of our service and you’ll be blocked from placing orders.
For orders combined in payment method being RSGP+Sweets the sweets are considered as part of payment.
b) If your payment method is PayPal, you’ll be asked to send us copy of receipt on Thank-You page copy of receipt has to be sent from email you used on PayPal. Lack of forwarded copy of receipt will result in not being added to waiting list. If your login details will be invalid, your turn will be skipped and you’ll be given new estimated time on start once you send correct login details.
Most of services are done within few hours after ordering, however due random events or too many requests delivery can take up to 48 hours.
If you want to cancel your service, you have to do it atleast 3 hours before estimated time on start of your service by sending an email to [email protected] with your Order ID. Cancelled orders are charged with 30% cancellation fee
After placing an order you will be e-mailed with estimated time on start. You can play freely before your turn for the service.
Noone except you and us should have access to the account. You are not allowed to change password after your estimated time on start until you’ll be notified about completion. Changing password in the middle of service results in cancellation of order without any refund.
If you login during the service and fail the process, the service will be cancelled without any refund.
If you get Jad Pet in our service, you’re eligible for refund for last cape you purchased.
If you are buying the service on account that was purchased, you’re full responsible for unauthorised logins/account recoveries during the service, §8 and §9 applies.
§12. We are allowed to disclose your purchase details to Jagex ltd if you will try to scam us by opening a claim against us on PayPal after completion of service. In this case §3 Doesn’t apply and your RuneScape account will get permamently banned.
You are supposed to protect your bank’s wealth with a pin, if you don’t have Bank Pin and you don’t want to wait 7 days for it to active you are supposed to transfer your valuables for duration of service and transfer them back AFTER you change the password.
Due to Sythe.org new rule for services we are required to put that disclaimer: Valuables not protected by pin should be removed from account before start.

Who we share your data with
We are supposed to share the data to Polish IRS during the control, Polish tax Police, National Financial administration organs and all other instituions that can legally request disclose of purchase information in Poland and European Union. Purchase data (not the RuneScape login details) is shared with accounting Office that is our business partner.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
