Terms of service

§1.
Services are done via account sharing.
§2.
You should change password to temporary one while using our service. If you don’t want to change password to temporary one, you’re required to change your password after using our service regardless.
§3.
We aren’t responsible for any bans or mutes that may occur, chances for that are close to non existing, however they still exist. If your account will be punished by ban for using our service, you’re eligible for full refund + 50M 07 compensation.
§4.
a)By placing an order via RSGP you’re making an appointment and you’re reserving slot in queue. If you provide invalid login details or account wont be ready for the service, it’ll be considered as abuse of our service and you’ll be blocked from placing orders.
b) If your payment method is PayPal, you’ll be asked to send us copy of receipt on Thank-You page, if your login details will be invalid, your turn will be skipped and you’ll be given new estimated time on start once you send correct login details.
§5.
Most of services are done within few hours after ordering, however due random events or too many requests delivery can take up to 48 hours.
§6.
If you want to cancel your service, you have to do it atleast 3 hours before estimated time on start of your service by sending an email to [email protected] with your Order ID.
§7.
After placing an order you will be e-mailed with estimated time on start. You can play freely before your turn for the service.
§8.
Noone except you and us should have access to the account.
§9.
If you login during the service and fail the process, the service will be cancelled without any refund.

If you get Jad Pet in our service, you’re eligible for refund of service as bonus from us.
§10.
If you are buying the service on account that was purchased, you’re full responsible for unauthorised logins/account recoveries during the service, §8 and §9 applies.

Cookies

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
